Dr. Alexa Martinelli is a pediatric dentist from Deptford, NJ. She started college at Rowan College of South Jersey, then attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate degree. From there, she went to the University of Pennsylvania for dental school before completing a two-year pediatric dental residency at Augusta University in Augusta, GA.
As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Alexa focuses on promoting care for the whole patient, including plant-based nutrition and detailed oral hygiene. During treatment, she enjoys creating a calm experience for her patients.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the seashore, spending time with friends and taking care of her pets.
By regularly participating in continuing education, she is aware of the latest technology and dental treatments. Dr. Alexa knows her patients deserve the best, and continuing education allows her to provide those patients with more options and better results. She is a member of several professional associations that provide her with opportunities for continuing education.
I love being a dentist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that I’ve built with my patients and their families are one in a million. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at home when they come to me for treatment and I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve. I am truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients’ lives.
